SATURDAY: We start sunny and dry, with clouds building back in early in the afternoon. Storms form over the higher terrain and quickly move into the Plains. With better forcing, these storms will be more widespread and better capable to survive over the Plains. Some storms could be strong with gusty winds and brief heavy rain. Better chances for that will be east of Colorado Springs. Temperatures will still be in the upper 80s and 90s.
